CLIENT DATABASE
This space provides tele-advisors with a centralized database of client information.
Add clients
Recometrics offers two methods for adding clients: individually or in bulk. Individual addition allows to create detailed client records, entering essential information such as name, contact details, and housing characteristics. Bulk addition simplifies the integration of many clients via CSV file import.
Regardless of the chosen method, explicit client consent is systematically required before any collection or processing of personal data within Recometrics.
Individual
To create a new client individually, complete the form with their details. Name, last name, email, and postal code are mandatory fields.
Once the client’s information is entered, click the button at the bottom of the page to access the simulation and proceed with your analysis.
Bulk
To add multiple clients simultaneously, click the “Bulk Import” button and upload a CSV file.
Your CSV file must include the following mandatory headers: first_name, last_name, email, and zip_code. A template is available for download to help you format your file correctly.
Delete clients
It is possible to delete a client and their associated data at any time. Deleting a Tenant automatically triggers the deletion of all their clients, ensuring data consistency. Lastly, Recometrics incorporates an automatic deletion mechanism for accounts inactive for 13 months, in accordance with GDPR recommendations on data minimization.
Client Profiles
This section allows you to view and manage comprehensive client profiles. You can access essential information such as contact details, energy consumption history, and relevant housing characteristics.
The more data you provide on a client’s profile, the more precise and accurate the simulation results and energy equipment recommendations will be.
For quick initial assessments, use the “Simple Mode” for data entry. This mode streamlines the process, enabling faster simulations with a reduced set of inputs. However, please note that simulations run in Simple Mode will be less precise due to the limited data provided. For detailed and highly accurate recommendations, we recommend utilizing the Expert mode.
Simulation Results
Once client data is entered, trigger simulations to instantly generate a comprehensive overview of personalized recommendations. This includes:
Next Best Actions: Identify priority energy solutions such as heat pumps, solar panels, roof insulation, and electric vehicles, each with an estimated annual saving.
Key Financial & Environmental Insights: Gain immediate visibility into crucial metrics like the estimated payback period, overall annual energy savings in kWh, projected annual financial savings in €, and significant annual CO2 emissions reductions.
Detailed Comparisons: Visualize the impact of recommended actions through direct comparisons of energy consumption, financial savings, and carbon emissions before and after the implementation of a solution (e.g., with a gas boiler versus a heat pump).
Specific Recommended Actions: Access concrete product or service suggestions, including estimated installation and material costs, to guide the customer effectively towards sustainable energy solutions.
